Join us for a week at Hillsboro Family Camp!
We want to invite our 7th-12th graders to join us for a week of camping, fun, and worshipping God at Hillsboro Family Camp. This event is put on by Person 2 Person Ministries, and has become an annual event for our youth here at LMCC. We will be camping out in tents, swimming, playing games, having bonfires, and more. We will also be attending sessions each day with other Christian teens, where we'll play some games, sing worship songs (the band there is AWESOME!), and hearing some amazing speakers. This is always a great week for getting our young people spiritually charged up and excited to share their faith with others!
When and where?
We will be leaving from LMCC on Sunday, July 20th at 11:00am and returning to LMCC on Friday, July 25th by 5pm. On that Sunday we will go to Restoration Acres, located at 5845 State Route 124 Hillsboro, Ohio 451333. For directions to LMCC, CLICK HERE.
Cost
The cost will be $50 per teen. They can also bring some spending money if desired. (We can help with funding if needed, please let us know) The cost is to cover campsite fees, expenses, and all meals.
What should you bring?
Teens will need to bring a blanket/ sleeping bag, pillow, extra clothes (including swimming trunks and a swim shirt - boys and girls - no 2 piece or spaghetti straps), shower stuff, flip flops and shoes, and any snacks and food they might want to bring and overnight amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. All teens will be required to follow the LEGACY youth group dress code, which you can find below.

You can download a registration packet by clicking the button below, or you can ask Matt, our youth minister, for one. We will be gone for six days, hanging out around fires, swimming, and playing active games, so we'll need a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian. There is an additional permission-to-treat form required by the camp's infirmary, which we've included in the packet. We are also asking each teen to sign a copy of the dress code to hand in with their registration forms. Money and forms can be handed in the day we leave.
